• At bottom-right corner of your laptop screen, right- on 'Audio' icon.
• Now choose, 'Open Sound Settings'. This will open sound settings of your Windows PC.
• n, scroll down and you will see "Test your microphone" option and "Settings App" would live test your mic which show like a volume bar below text.

• If mic is working properly, you need to check wher you have allowed all apps to access mic on your laptop so that you can fix mic problem. However, if it is not working, it is vised to Troubleshoot hardware issues.

• On your keyboard, press  "Windows logo" key and "Microphone."
• n on "Microphone privacy settings".

• Connect your microphone device to anor computer. If your mic works in anor PC, you should contact vendor of your laptop for vice; if your mic still doesn’t work in anor PC, you should contact vendor of your microphone device for support.
