Samsung Galaxy S24 FE launched with Galaxy AI, Exynos processor

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is official. After a deluge of leaks and rumours, Samsung unveiled the new Fan Edition smartphone that belongs to the S24 series and succeeds over the Galaxy S23 FE from last year. The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is also how the company plans to make Galaxy AI reach more users as it costs less than the Galaxy S24. Its AI capabilities include ProVisual Engine and Photo Assist features for better photography, as well as other Galaxy AI tools for enhancing “communication, productivity, and creativity.”
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE price in India
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has two configurations. The model with 128GB of storage costs Rs 59,999, while the 256GB version is priced at Rs 65,999. The Galaxy S24 FE will be available in Blue, Graphite, and Mint colourways from September 27, while its pre-orders are now live on Samsung’s website and partner retail stores. Samsung is also running an offer where a customer who pre-books a 128GB variant can buy the 256GB variant at Rs 59,999. Samsung Care Plus package worth Rs 4,799 will be available to such customers at Rs 999, while the payments can be made using the no-cost EMI facility through Samsung Finance Plus.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE specifications
The new Galaxy S24 FE has the same design as the Galaxy S24, although there are necessary trade-offs such as the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front and Gorilla Glass 5 on the back. It boasts a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2C display with a 1080x2340-pixel resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1900 nits of peak brightness, and support for HDR10+. Powering the smartphone is Samsung’s Exynos 2400e, compared to the Exynos 2400 on the Galaxy S24. It runs Android 14-based OneUI 6.1 and has 8GB of RAM.
Its rear cameras include a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor, both featuring optical image stabilisation (OIS). It also has a third 12MP ultrawide sensor with a 123-degree field of view. The main cameras can record videos at up to 8K resolution. The Galaxy S24 FE’s front camera uses a 10MP sensor with support for 4K video recording. The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is backed by a 4700mAh battery, which is significantly bigger than S24’s. It supports 25W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging.
