Xiaomi would now unveil an Mi TV on January 10. The company has officially stated that the new Mi TV would be a comparatively large-screen hardware; details on this product’s size and technical specifications are yet to surface at this point in time.
Nonetheless, USP of the Xiaomi Mi TV, gauging loyalists’ expectations, at this point in time would be the fact that gamers and content creators could find the product handy considering the fact that Xiaomi has already teased that the hardware would occupy comparatively larger real estate. “Time to go from small to big,” stated Xiaomi in an official tweet.

Hence, Xiaomi loyalists could find the Mi TV custom-made for gamers, along with the general content consumers and creators. Hence, it is worth noting that the Mi Tv, once official on January 10 could pose intense competition to the already existing TVs from brands viz Philips, Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, and a host of local brands.
In this regard, Xiaomi loyalists could share thoughts/insights on what potentially the Mi TV could hold in store, once officially released on January 10. With this, Xiaomi apparently looks set to announce a slew of consumer electronics devices in 2019. The first thing that comes to mind is the smartphone that is set to feature a 48 MP main camera. Like the MiTV’s launch, the 48 MP camera handset is reportedly set to be launched in January 2019 itself. With these in store, it is seemingly worth waiting for the Chinese smartphone company (now also based and dominating in India) to come out with offerings.

At this instant, it is also worth noting that Xiaomi launched a 65-inch Mi TV 4 in China where the hardware is competitively priced. Hence, its price tag in India is worth anticipating considering the fact that Xiaomi has launched relatively “value-for-money” offerings in India that have laid emphasis on latest feature incorporation whilst competitively maintaining pricing without going overly aggressive; despite cut-throat competition.
