You’ll soon be able to delete system apps on your Apple Watch

Apple started letting iPhone users delete pre-installed system apps with iOS 10. With watchOS 6 Apple will be bringing same flexibility to Apple Watch. While core apps like heart rate and messs will remain, it will be possible to remove almost every first-party app on your Apple Watch with watchOS 6. This is possibly biggest update to Apple Watch after Apple anunced its own dedicated App Store, freeing wearable from shackles of iPhone – again, coming through with watchOS 6. 

Currently, Apple allows Apple Watch users to delete all third-party apps – re's also option to delete certain iOS apps from your iPhone which also removes m from your Apple Watch. With watchOS 6, users will be easily able to delete previously n-removable apps like alarm, timer and ors, as well as health apps like ECG on ir Apple Watch – much like how one would delete or third-party apps on it.

feature makes sense w that Apple Watch is getting its own App Store, so users will be able to re-install se apps as and when y like. Having option to delete system apps you’re less likely to use will be particularly useful for those looking for more stor out of ir Apple Watch to invest in or apps.  

Apple anunced watchOS 6 at its annual WWDC keyte event in San Jose, California in early June. As is customary, watchOS 6 brings a host of new capabilities to Apple Watch - it’s out in developer preview w and will be available for all this fall, which is in September. Some of se include a menstrual cycle tracking app, a ise app for detecting sound levels that could negatively impact hearing, a new trends tab in activity app for tracking long-term progress, and t to mention, tons of new Watch faces for customisation.

But real stand-out feature coming to Apple Watch with  watchOS 6 update is its own App Store. Having ability to delete system apps is ar valuable dition.
