Asus Zenfone 6 Arriving On May 16, After Android Pie OS Update Seeds To Zenfone Max Pro M2

The apparently bezel-free Asus Zenfone 6 now finally has an official launch date, which is not too far away from now. The next-gen handset would now be launched on May 16 in an event in Valencia in Spain.
Confirming the above development on Twitter, Asus states that loyalists could expect to defy the ordinary with the Zenfone 6 after the smartphone is launched. The Zenfone 6, once official, succeeds the Zenfone 5Z which has a near Rs 22000 price tag in India.

Now, the Zenfone 6 is rumoured to feature a bezel-less display and the form factor of the entire smartphone could be a tad unconventional if the “defy the ordinary” tagline teased by Asus is anything to go by. Also, the Zenfone 6 could still be affordable, and not necessarily a premium-priced smartphone, like its predecessor.
