Starting with LG G7 One, this one may be LG’s first smartphone to receive the Android Pie update. According to folks over at XDA, LG is rolling out an 812MB Android Pie update alongside November 2018 security patch to LG G7 One in Canada. LG G7 One also happens to be LG’s first phone to fall under Google’s Android One program. Hence, the phone is guaranteed to receive monthly security updates any which way. Xiaomi Mi A2 Android Pie software update details

Xiaomi Mi A2 users in India are reporting that Xiaomi has started rolling out Android 9 Pie software update. According to a screenshot shared on Reddit, Xiaomi Mi A2 Android Pie software update is just over a GB. It includes several new features like adaptive battery and brightness, easier ways to navigate your phone, apps and actions recommendations based on your context etc. Similar to LG G7 One, the Mi A2 also falls under the Android One program. Motorola One Power Android Pie software update details

Motorola officially confirmed that Motorola One Power has started receiving the Android Pie update in India, as promised during the launch in September. Back then, Motorola also promised Android Q update and security updates for three years from the phone’s global launch.

It looks like Android Pie software update is perhaps rolling out to phones falling under the Android One program or running the stock Android software out of the box. Whatever the case may be, you can manually go to your phone’s settings and check for the update if you have not received it already.
