Samsung has launched Galaxy M40 in India – its fourth Galaxy M-series phone to date. Galaxy M40 may be a Galaxy M phone, but it’s thing like Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 or Galaxy M30 before it. Galaxy M40 borrows key design and hardware elements from Samsung’s more expensive Galaxy S and Galaxy A-series phones, but being a Galaxy M phone means, it brings those features to budget segment.
Galaxy M40 has a punch-hole design, a Snapdragon 600-series processor, triple rear cameras and fast charging – it also runs Samsung’s new One UI software. All this make Galaxy M40 an interesting pack, worthy of standing toe-to-toe with likes of Xiaomi Redmi te 7 Pro and Realme 3 Pro – Galaxy M40 will also have Samsung’s own Galaxy A50 to contend with.
