OnePlus launched the OnePlus 7 in India in May, and like clockwork, the company is now gearing to launch its T-update, the OnePlus 7T. If rumor mills are anything to go by, OnePlus may launch the OnePlus 7T sooner than one would have anticipated – on September 26, instead of the usual October-November launch window. Serial tipster Ishan Agarwal has also managed to get his hands on the full spec sheet of the alleged OnePlus 7T, that leaves us with almost everything but pricing specifics ahead of D-day.

According to the tipster, the OnePlus 7T is set to get a 6.55-inch 2K AMOLED display with what could be a segment first 90Hz refresh rate. One of the key USPs of the OnePlus 7 Pro, launched alongside the OnePlus 7, was its 90Hz 2K AMOLED screen – the OnePlus 7 meanwhile had to make do with a 1080p+ AMOLED with the usual 60Hz refresh rate. If at all, the tipster’s predictions are accurate, this would make the OnePlus 7T, a first of its kind phone at its price point – although, with the said additions, chances are we may see pricing go up too, in comparison to the OnePlus 7.

Moving on, the OnePlus 7T is said to come with Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 855+ processor – which will be a slight upgrade over the OnePlus 7’s Snapdragon 855. This is said to be paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. OnePlus will also reportedly offer free cloud storage for a year with the phone. Battery capacity is said to get a slight boost too with the OnePlus 7T getting a 3,800mAh pack.

On to the cameras, the OnePlus 7T is said to come with three rear cameras – a 48MP main, and a 16MP+12MP combo that will be capable of shooting 960FPS slow-mo and wide-angle videos. On the front, the OnePlus 7T is said to come with a 16MP camera.

The OnePlus 7T is further said to come in Frosted Silver and Haze Blue colour options, and with a dew-drop notch that’s said to be smaller than the one in the OnePlus 7.

All said and done, since nothing of this is official, we suggest you take this piece of information with a pinch of salt.
