PUBG Mobile Lite which introduces the key PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) battle-royale experiences onto even low-end smartphones has undoubtedly received high ratings on the Google Play application (app) repository. But there have been confusions amongst certain cross-sections of users who have expressed apprehensions on various forums as to whether the watered-down version of PUBG would be supported on older Android operating systems.

To answer these queries, if you are a first-time player of PUBG Mobile Lite within Android smartphones, then ensure to have at least Android 4.0.3 running within. There are phones still running very old versions of Android and these do not necessarily offer compatibility for PUBG Mobile Lite.

Also, it is desirable to maintain at least Android 6.0 operating platform (OS) within your smartphones having at least 1GB RAM.  At this point in time, if you are a new player of PUBG Mobile Lite then the game is available for download from Google Play for Android; and from the Apple Store for iOS users.

In related news, the Update 0.14.0 to PUBG Mobile is now live and this update called the” Infection” is said to offer a plenitude of opportunities for “vertical gameplay”. If you have managed to play Infection, do check out all-new rewards by digging deeper within the in-game environment.
