South Korean electronics giant Samsung could be on verge to unveil a proto of its most-anticipated foldable smartphone. Samsung reportedly changed ir logo across its social media channels for a brief amount of time leing everyone to believe that Samsung's foldable phone could actually be a reality.

Samsung was recently awarded a patent by World Intellectual Property Organization, suggesting that some key aspects of Samsung’s foldable smartphone might soon become a reality. patent in question describes how electrically activated locking mechanism can be put in place. This way, a handset could solidify a physical state of foldable display.

Rumoured as Samsung Galaxy X, handset is said to employ a bigger, 7.3 inches panel when in a natural state. However, re is information available as to what handset is actually going to be called.
