Redmi is w a sub-brand of Xiaomi. Like Poco. Xiaomi me this anuncement in China on Thursday, while launching first product under its new Redmi by Xiaomi sub-brand, called Redmi te 7. Redmi te 7 is unlike any or Xiaomi phone we’ve seen in past, even more so by Redmi standards.

Redmi te 7 boasts of a fresh design langu and a waterdrop-style tch, akin to rival phones from Hor and Realme. Redmi sub-brand and Redmi te 7, in fact, seem to be designed from ground up to take on Huawei and Oppo sub-brands respectively. A dual tone grient design was refore inevitable, but Xiaomi could have at least t fallen for waterdrop-style tch. Remember, this is same company that seemingly pioneered bezel-less design trend we see today. On back of originals like Mi Mix.

Redmi te 7, to that effect, has an all-glass body and will be available in a choice of fancy colours including blue and red.
