Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro To Be Exclusive to Only India, China; More Smartphones On The Way
The recently launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro could be exclusive to only India and China and not coming to other economies of the world.
The recently launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro whose USP is its dual rear cameras that also comprises of a 48MP snapper, could be exclusive to only India and China and not coming to other economies of the world. This development could offer Xiaomi India loyalists lots to cheer about.
Now, as per Android Authority which also quotes an official Facebook post of Xiaomi’s Southeast Asia Regional Director John Chen, there would only be localized variants of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and not international editions of the smartphone. The reason quoted for this decision has been the product strategy of Xiaomi.
In addition to these updates, Chen has also teased (in his official Facebook post) about the release of newer smartphones (generalized a “products”); which are potential indicators that there could be more Xiaomi devices targeting the Indian buyers, in the near future. Hence, Xiaomi loyalists could keep their eyes/ears open for newer smartphone announcements.
This announcement also indicates that procuring the Redmi Note 7 Pro through India or China and then having these shipped to other countries of the world (provided the smartphone is in sync with local networks-operators) is the only way of checking the Redmi Note 7 Pro at this point in time and in the future.
At this point in time, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is potentially an important phone as far as Indian buyers/Redmi loyalists are concerned.
