In one of missions for Cayo Perico Heist in GTA online, players need to gar some Bolt Cutters. se Bolt Cutters have been spre out across new island that has been ded for GTA Online heist. players have been having a hard time figuring out all bolt cutters locations as it does t spawn at same place every time.

Bolt Cutters do t spawn at same location for all players, it is different for every player. All Bolt Cutters Locations have a red toolbox near it, so this is one of giveaways for Bolt Cutter Locations.
