How to catch fish in Animal Crossing?

To catch a fish, you will need to locate a fish-shaped shadow in water around island and equip fishing rod. As you face water, aim to drop hook close to where fish are and wait until y spot it. As floater begins to submerge underwater, tap ‘A’ immediately to reel in fish. However, you should te that hitting A button too quickly or too slowly can lead to failure, and may scare away fish.

Where can you find fish in Animal Crossing?

At first, you will need to go to your preferred fishing spot and pull up inventory. Select Fish Bait and scatter it on surface of water.
