Xbox Series S console unveiled
Leaks around next-generation Xbox had revealed that Series X console would cost $499, with a discounted price of $199, it can be deemed that gamers will gravitate towards he heaper Xbox Series S. While console itself is cheaper and does t have a disc drive, users might think of it to be inferior to Xbox Series X, however, CD drive is only differentiator between two consoles. Xbox Series S, while being cheaper, is also next-gen console which has been given an all-digital version.

Since console is cheaper, it will have some backdrops as compared to flagship Xbox Series X. Series S console is expected to come with onboard stor of only 512 GB via a solid-state drive. This will be lesser that Series X which is expected to boast 1TB stor along with ar 1TB extension via a port. To make up for limited stor, Microsoft is expected to include a similar expansion port from Xbox Series X console.

On or hand, Xbox Series S will miss out on having a 4K UHD Blue-ray disc drive which will come along with flagship console but it will support games at high frame rates and has been designed to smoothly run newer games. Series S can run games at 1440P up to 120 frames per second. console supports same physical light rendering techlogy by flagship Series X. It will also be able to easily stream content like Netflix and ors in 4K HDR. Similarly, console can real-time upscale 1080P and 1440P games in 4K for current smart televisions. In conclusion, Xbox Series S is as premium as larger Series X console but without a disc drive and extra stor.
