Google Doodle observes beginning of summer in northern hemisphere

Summer of 2020 would begin in rrn Hemisphere on June 21 and will go on till September 22. Summer season tritionally comprises of June, July, and August in rrn hemisphere, whereas December, January, and February in sourn hemisphere, if we go by meteorological studies.

June 21 will be day of summer solstice which is said to be longest day of year. days become longer and nights become shorter around summer solstice.
