Google launches Interview Warmup: How to use the tool to prepare for job interviews?

Google has launched a new website called Interview Warmup under Grow With Google initiative. website acts as a tool that can help people practice answering interview questions to get more confident and comfortable with interview process (via Google). Google has also introduced several resources for individuals and businesses that provide information on ways to land a job and resources to grow a venture online. 

What is Interview Warmup by Google?

Google Interview Warmup is a tool that helps individuals practise for ir interviews. Essentially, it is an AI-based platform that asks individuals questions that are asked in an interview, lets m review ir answers and offers insights about what y say. When a user will open website through ir desktop, tool will ask m to speak ir answers and use voice recognition techlogy to transcribe answer into a script. 

How to use Interview Warmup tool?

He over to Interview Warmup website and on 'Start Practising.' On next screen, users will be asked to choose career or field y are preparing to interview for and once y select it, y will be asked five randomly-selected questions. Google says that se questions are selected by experts in ir respective fields. Once website res a question, users have to on 'Answer' and start speaking ir answer. 

Google will transcribe answer in real-time and hence, users will be able to review ir responses. In dition, tool will also provide insights based on answers given by user. Alternatively, users can answers with help of a keyboard. After answering question, user should on 'Done.' When it comes to reviewing answers, users can eir review every answer y give or wait until y answer all five questions.
