Motorola has launched the Razr 50 flip smartphone, expanding the Razr 50 lineup with an option that costs less than the Razr 50 Ultra. The new smartphone borrows key aspects from its more expensive sibling, such as a full-screen display on the cover and dual main cameras. It also rivals Samsung’s recently launched Galaxy Z Flip 6 in India.

Motorola Razr 50 price in India

The Razr 50 costs Rs 64,999 for the single variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. However, the company said customers can buy the phone for as low as Rs 49,999 if they opt for different discount offers, available on Amazon , Reliance Digital, and Motorola’s online store from September 20. The offers include a Rs 5,000 flat discount and a Rs 10,000 discount on using cards from partner banks. Customers also get 3 months of Google Gemini Advanced subscription, which includes 2TB of cloud storage.

Motorola Razr 50 specifications

Featuring support for dual SIM cards, the Motorola Razr 50 has a 6.9-inch full-HD+ P-OLED display with a variable 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The cover display uses a 3.6-inch P-OLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Its rear cameras, located on the cover display, house a 50MP main sensor and a 13MP ultrawide sensor with support for optical image stabilisation (OIS). The selfie camera is a 32MP snapper, available inside the punch-hole on the main display. The Razr 50 uses a 4200mAh battery that charges at up to a 33W speed using a cable and 15W wirelessly. Customers also get an IP68 dust and water resistance rating on the smartphone.
