SpaceX's Starlink Satellite Internet speed impresses users during beta testing
SpaceX's public beta test of its Starlink satellite internet has surprised its users with a download speed of more than 160 megabits per second (Mbps)

X's public beta test of its Starlink satellite internet has surprised its users with a downlo speed of more than 160 megabits per second (Mbps) which is actually 95 percent more than or US connections, according to reports. X h launched its beta version of satellite internet on October 26 with current downlo speed between 160-174 megabits per second.
Beta users were asked to pay a fee of $600 in vance to get internet which CEO of X Elon Musk anunced as 'Better Than thing Beta'. company tried to lower expectations of users when it launched its Starlink satellite internet beta in October. company h said internet would provide downlo speeds between 50 to 150 Mbps. However, downlo speeds have surprised users.

When users started sharing screenshots of downlo speed, X said y deliberately wanted to 'lower users' initial expectations' to make sure disappointment came ir way when y started beta testing. Furr Starlink will be using nearly 900 satellites to beam internet down to earth.

experience for some users turned out to be negative when downlos paused for a few seconds and internet service got completely disrupted for brief periods. Some of users said disruption was caused due to a couple of trees in way. Meanwhile, Starlink still remains one of fastest internet service providers in US with stey high speeds.

Apart from negative experience for some users, many or users are praising new internet system. Some have also complained about cost involved in same. beta version is available for $99 a month however re are ditional costs involved which totals to $499 for a kit with a tripod, a WiFi router, and a terminal to connect to Starlink satellites.
Some users are unhappy with huge cost and are willing to pay even more if speed remains eir same or increases, especially at time when majority of people are working from home.
