Ayodhya is birthplace of Lord Ram and is home to famous Ram Janmabhoomi temple. temple holds immense religious significance and attracts devotees from all over world. In a latest development, it was announced by Shri Ramjanamabhoomi Temple Trust that Lord Ram's idol will be placed inside temple on January 21, 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend ‘Pran Prathishtha’ event at Ayodhya.

Rameswaram is home to magnificent Ramanathaswamy Temple. It is one of twelve Jyotirling temples of Lord Shiva. Associated with Lord Ram’s expedition to Lanka, this temple is a major pilgrimage site. As per ramanathapuram.nic.in, temple has “magnificent, imposing structure, long corridors, aestically carved pillars.” It is “orned with a towering 38-metre ‘Gopuram’.”

Bhrachalam, Telangana

One of most famous temples in country dedicated to Lord Ram, Bhrachalam Temple is situated on banks of Godavari River. It is believed to be place where Lord Ram stayed during his exile and is a significant pilgrimage destination in South India. 
“ Temple was constructed in 17th Century by local Tahsildar, Kancharla Gopanna, popularly known as Bhakta Ramas, a fervent devotee of Lord Sree Ram,” as per official website of Bhrachalam temple.

Nashik is famous for ancient Ramkund and Kalaram Temple, dedicated to Lord Ram. Pilgrims believe that taking a dip in holy Ramkund washes away sins. temple, on or hand, is a hub of spiritual activities, especially during Kumbh Mela. As per temple’s official website, temple was built around in 1792. site mentions, “It was said that Sardar Odhekar h a dream that statue of Rama in black colour is re in river Godavari. Odhekar took statues from river and built temple. place where statues were found was named as Ramkund. main entrance of temple has Lord Hanuman idol which is black.”

Raghunath Temple in Jammu is one of largest temple complexes in norrn India, dedicated to Lord Ram. It is an important religious site in region and reflects rich cultural heritage of Jammu and Kashmir. It was built by Maharaja Gulab Singh and his son Maharaj Ranbir Singh during period of 1853-1860.

As per temple’s official website, “ gigantic Raghunath temple has seven lofty `shikharas`, where every shrine has its own shikhar.
