As Jammu and Kashmir prepares for the second phase of assembly polls, the BJP on Tuesday raised serious allegations against the NC regarding pre-poll violence in the Nowshera constituency. BJP workers in J&K party President Ravinder Raina's constituency alleged that they were assaulted by NC workers.
