While addressing in a ground breaking ceremony of the proposed new complex of Bombay High Court, Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud said that he wants to conclude his speech with the lines of a song of a celeberated movie of bollywood ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, which goes like this: Hum Hain Naye, Andaaz Kyon Ho Puraana.
