Porn actor Stormy Daniels: Paid by Cohen to keep quiet about a 2006 encounter with Trump, Prosecutors said the reimbursements were falsely logged as 'legal expenses'. The charges Donald Trump faces are punishable by up to four years in prison. The former U.S. president has denied any wrongdoing and had pleaded not guilty. Judge Juan M. Merchan has set Trump’s sentencing for July 11.
