Chicago: At least 1,500 Hindus – members of Indian-Americans community – danced to 70s popular American disco song ‘YMCA’ to celebrate Donald Trump ’s victory in recently concluded United States Presidential elections in Chicago. YMCA is one of biggest hit songs which was released by American band Village People in 1978. As India community in US celebrated Trump's victory, Shalabh Kumar, founder of Republican Hindu Coalition and a Trump supporter, was also seen shaking a leg at victory event.

Trump is first president after Grover Cleveland 132 years ago to be evicted from White House and return to it again four years later.
A few days ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi h called US President-elect Donald Trump and congratulated him on his "spectacular victory" in US elections.
In a post on X, PM Modi said he is looking forward to working closely toger once again with Trump to strengn India-US relations across domains including energy and defence.
