Food videos are all over the internet, and these videos always get good views and likes from users. Although some food items are critically criticised by users as the recipes are weird, even the most favourite dessert, ice cream, couldn't escape the grasp of these new-age food fusion cooks. And if you think you’ve seen it all with ice cream, you surely need to check out this viral video.

The video was posted on Instagram by user Stephen N’cho (@calientee). In the video, he shows the recipe for a green ice cream, and its ingredients are just not a good fit for the dish. The ingredients are oranges, lemons, and okra (bhindi). Yes, it's bhindi ice cream. When we think of ice cream, we expect a sweet taste, but none of these items are sweet in flavour.

The viral video opens with someone handing a bowl full of okra to the cook, who starts chopping them. Then, he washes them and removes the seeds from the middle. In the next step, he puts the chopped okra in the blender with some orange zest. He adds some flour, butter, and other ingredients to the mix. He makes a waffle with this batter and turns the waffle into a cone. He chops some fruits to make a sorbet-like ice cream and transfers it to the fridge. As the mixture gets semi-frozen, just like ice cream, he scoops it into the bhindi-waffle cone.
