A viral reddit post about a man being criticized by his company for leaving work early by 1 minute for three continuous days  has gone viral and sparked social media  outrage.

The company sent a notice to the employee questioning his early departures from the office:

"I have observed that you are not waiting until your scheduled 5 PM clock-out time and are leaving earlier. As we have previously discussed, technicians are only permitted to clock out before their scheduled time with prior approval from me or [Supervisor's Name]. Please refrain from making this a regular practice. Below are the instances over the past couple of months when you left before your scheduled time without approval."  the notice reads. 

The post sparked outrage, with many questioning the company's unreasonable expectations and lack of understanding, especially given that he was specifically reprimanded for leaving just one minute early.

The post went viral and prompted a flood of comments from Redditors sharing their own stories of workplace inflexibility and unfair treatment. Many expressed frustration and disbelief at the company's actions, highlighting the importance of work-life balance and the need for more understanding and empathy from employers.
