Gurugram/ Viral News: A Gurugram auto-rickshaw driver earned online praise for returning a lost bag to a woman passenger. The bag carrying valuable items, including a sentimental diamond pendant, important documents, and credit cards.

Product manager Arnav Deshmukh shared the story on LinkedIn, and it quickly went viral. The incident occurred when Deshmukh's friend was relocating and took an auto-rickshaw around 1 PM. After paying via UPI, she accidentally left her bag in the vehicle.

The bag contained essential documents like Aadhaar, PAN cards, credit and debit cards, and a gold chain with a diamond pendant from her late grandmother and mother. Deshmukh and his friend tried to contact the auto driver through UPI but received no response.

Worried about losing the bag, they decided to report the incident to Gurgaon Police. The officers immediately took them along the route and checked surveillance cameras for clues.

Just when hope seemed lost, around 5:30 PM, they received a call from the property manager. The driver had returned the bag, and everything inside was intact. The inspiring story of the honest auto driver from Gurugram quickly spread on social media, earning him widespread admiration.
