According to reports, company was founded by stand-up comedian and actor Calimar White, who boasts nearly 280,000 Instagram followers. Operating as a non-profit organization, OCDA (Office Complaints and Disputes Agency) has left internet stunned.

company's mission is “to rectify complaints and create a better work environment,” according to its website. company aims to foster a culture of respect and responsiveness within workplaces.

How Does It Work?

According to ir website, clients must submit a request, after which an agent visits client's workplace to confront boss or colleague with a prepared script of grievances. ‘professional’ scolder is required to dress complaints in script, regardless of boss’s reaction.

If location is outside service area, confrontation is conducted via phone call. In both cases, results are uploed to OCDA’s YouTube channel, which has amassed 80,000 subscribers.
