Viral: State wars on X is pretty common and it happens almost everyday, it can be Litti Chokha vs Daal Baati, it can be about the origin of Rasgulla or the charming debate of the best city comparison between Delhi or Mumbai.

But, now a Bengaluru resident has sparked a conversation on social media with a humorous yet thought-provoking suggestion for Delhi's air pollution crisis. Taking to X, the user offered a tongue-in-cheek solution to the capital's persistent air quality problems, proposing that Delhi residents consider relocating to Bengaluru, which boasts relatively pristine air quality.

The tweet, which quickly gained traction, highlighted Bengaluru’s comparatively favorable Air Quality Index (AQI) levels, ranging from 60 to 80. The user emphasized the importance of clean air, stating, "Clean air is a fundamental human right. But in Delhi, you have to pay for the clean air too with an additional 18% GST. It's time to learn Kannada and permanently settle in Bengaluru where AQI ranges 60-80."

While many found the tweet amusing, reactions were mixed. Some applauded the humorous take on the situation, while others raised concerns about the practicality of such a migration.

Users Reactions to the Viral Post

One of the users said, “If everyone will go there. It will also become like Delhi -NCR.”

Another one made a point on the local language problem and said, “Yeah, the air quality... it's kinda rough there. Moving somewhere with better air, like Bengaluru, sounds... maybe not the worst idea. But then again, figuring out a local language can be a challenge, right?”

A third said, “No need to learn new language. Just be yourself and settle in Gujarat. Have good air and water with peaceful life.”

A fourth one said, “I was in Hyd during 2012-15, tried learning Telugu, but couldn't progress beyond 1.2...Tommidi. Food problem was another issue. I ran away & now settled in NCR for 9 yrs. I may die early due to lung failure but I don't have option. Relocating to south states is Big No No.”
