MP: Fight Between Principal and Student in Gwalior, CCTV Goes Viral

Gwalior: In Gwalior, a student and Principal engaged into a fight over fees, CCTV footage reveals a brutal struggle between the principal and the student.

In Gwalior, MP, an 11th grade student and the principal of CBS Public School fought over a fee. Later, the female principle, Nisha Sengar, filed a lawsuit against the boy, and the boy filed a case under the SC/ST Act against the principal.

According to sources, the incident occurred at CBS School in the Kanch Mill neighbourhood. Dhruv Arya, student, had gone to the school to get his transfer certificate (TC) after failing Class 11. 

The verbal fight between the student and the principal grew. Nisha Sengar allegedly assaulted Dhruv bodily. Vice-Principal Rakesh Singh and another teacher named Rajni also allegedly beat the student.

Fight Between Principal and Student in Gwalior:

In an attempt to defend himself, Dhruv shoved the principal away. However, police have filed a case of assault and harassment against Principal Nisha Sengar, Vice-Principal Rakesh Singh, and teacher Rajni under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Police have also filed a case against Dhruv, who has been charged with assault and making threats based on the principal's accusation.
