Video of Rats Loitering Over Sweets at Delhi's Famous Shop Goes Viral

The viral video of rats found on sweets shared by a customer on social media warned others who order sweets and other food items from their favourite sweet shops, trusting them blindly.

The disturbing viral video has come to light involving a rat infestation, which is said to be from Agarwal Sweets in Khajuri Chowk, Delhi. The viral video from October 4 shows few rats eating sweets from inside the showcase counter of the shop, raising serious health concerns. 

The incident caught on camera occurred at a well-known sweet shop in Delhi, which raises question marks on the quality of food processed and served to their customers on a daily basis.

This Rats viral video has kicked off a wild debate online, omitting fury and outrage and calling for stricter hygiene standards on food joints.

However, this is not the first incident of its kind; numerous other issues have come to light in the past where basic hygiene and food quality control came under scrutiny.

Netizens, on the other hand, are asking the Food Safety Department to take cognisance of the matter and take strict action against such irresponsible behaviour of shop owners.

Recently, a video went viral on social media from a popular pizza joint in Mumbai where rats were seen running over the pizza oven inside the outlet.
