US President-elect Donald Trump 's health secretary pick, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who h previously criticized Trump’s fast food eating habits, was photographed enjoying a McDonald’s meal with him.  

photo surfaced online just days after y pledged to "make America healthy again."

Donald Trump Jr. jokingly captioned picture on Sunday: "Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW."

Kennedy h previously described Trump’s food choices as “trash,” criticizing quality of meals served during campaign. He stated, “What Trump eats is really b. Campaign food is always b, but food that goes onto that airplane is, like, just poison. You have a choice between — you don’t have choice, you’re eir given KFC or Big Macs. That’s when you’re lucky, and n rest of stuff I consider kind of inedible.”
