Viral News: A viral video from Banke Bihari Mandir in Mathura shows devotees mistaking water dripping from an elephant sculpture for charan amrit which is holy water from feet of Lord Krishna. 

video, which has gained over 2.8 million views on X, captures devotees collecting water in cups or ir hands, believing it to be blessed.

However, as per reports water was actually discharged from an air conditioning unit. Tubes from AC system, designed to resemble elephants as part of temple's architecture, released water.

In video, a bystander warns devotees, but many igre advice.

incident has sparked an online debate about superstition and need for scientific awareness. "A lack of scientific temper breeds myths, superstition, division, and herd mentality," one user on X commented. 

Ar questioned, "Why doesn’t anyone pause to think? This is pure herd mentality."

Medical expert Liver Doc warned against consuming water from air conditioning systems, citing potential infection risks, including harmful fungi.
