The clip shows a massive hippo with its mouth wide open. A caretaker, unseen in the video, scrubs the hippo's large teeth using a sponge-like brush while gently spraying water from a pipe.

Posted on X by “Nature is Amazing,” an account well-known for sharing animal content, the video showcases the meticulous oral grooming of one of the largest land animals – the hippopotamus. The video has gone viral, garnering nearly 500,000 views.
