' Government of United Arab Emirates and Government of State of Israel (hereinafter, “Parties”)...' res historic peace agreement declaration that both States brokered by United States and signed under witness of US President Donald Trump.

Signed on Tuesday at White House, US president and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu were joined by foreign ministers of UAE and Bahrain to commemorate historic rmalisation agreements inked between Israel and two Arab countries.

Agreement recalls reception held on January 28, 2020, at which president first presented his 'Vision for Peace' and commitment to continue collective effort to achieve a 'just, comprehensive, realistic and enduring' solution to Arab-Israeli conflict.

7-p long document emphasised belief that rmalisation of Israeli and Emirati relations is in interest of both peoples and contributes to cause of peace in Middle East and ultimately world.

Significance of Abraham Accord

On August 13, an Israel and UAE agreed to sign Abraham Accord. While news celebrating historic moment largely unticed, here's a little bit of trivia about peace agreement.
agreement is expected to be signed in US in September, just before rth American country goes for presidential polls. If and when deal is signed, UAE will only be third Arab country to sign Abraham Accord after Egypt (1979) and Jordan (1994). However, it will be first Persian Gulf country to sign a deal of this nature with Israel.

Origins and historical impact

Abraham Accord was named as such to hour patriarch of three major Abrahamic religions — Christianity, Islam and Judaism. Since creation of State of Israel in 1948 and exodus of more than 7.5 lakh Palestinians from area re have only been two peace agreements brokered between Israel and or Arab countries. However, after explosive news of UAE agreeing to sign accord to rmalise relations, rumours have swelled up over Bahrain and Oman soon following suit.
