After reposting 'Kokilaben Rap', Smriti Irani deletes Yashraj Mukhate's mix; gives reason

After backing 'Kokilaben Rap', Smriti Irani deleted the repost of Yashraj Mukhate's medley, claiming that he had written in support of Pulwama attack.

Yashraj Mukhate too became an overnight sensation with his ‘Kokilaben Rap’, but has w landed in a row too with Smriti Irani withdrawing her repost of medley.

Smriti Irani withdraws support for Yashraj Mukhate’s Kokilaben rap

Union Minister Smriti Irani, whose who shot to fame with daily soap Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, was impressed by Yashraj Mukhate’s recreation of a scene from show Saath Nibhana Saathiya. Reacting to music producer’s music to character Kokilaben repeating words like ‘Rashi’ and ‘Chadha diya’, Irani had resposted it to her Instagram handle and wrote, ‘'Kya se kya ho Gaya' (How did it around?). Rajkummar Rao and numerous or stars too had marvelled at creativity, while words characters like Kokilaben and Rashi from serial had sparked memes galore.

However, Union Minister has w deleted post. Taking to her Instagram stories, she wrote that Mukhate had tweeted in ‘support of   Pulwama attack on our Armed Forces personnel.’ Irani added that though she liked to promote ‘unkwn young raw talent’, she would t do at ‘’cost of my nation.’

Pulwama attack, led by Pakistani terrorists on CRPF personnel on February 14, 2019 has been among major trdies in recent years. 40 personnel of CRPF were killed after an explosive laden-vehicle targetted a convoy of vehicles carrying CRPF personnel. incident had led to widespread outr in country, including Pakistani artists being banned from working in India.
