Not Alien but a 'basket star'
According to reports, the animal was later discerned as a basket star, which belongs to an echinoderm group known as brittle stars, with a disk-shaped body and five flexible arms. Another concerned viewer said, "Put it back in the water and let it be!" "He shouldn't be out of the water, he can't breathe!" another commented. Sarah later explained: "I was out halibut fishing with my mom and some friends and when My mom reeled up her line the basket star was on the hook. "Also it was put back in the water unharmed."
