What's next for Janhvi Kapoor?

Janhvi Kapoor will essay le role in an upcoming venture titled 'Gunjan Saxena: Kargil Girl' which is based on life of IAF officer Gunjan Saxena, who is one of first female pilots to fly in combat. She played an important role in rescuing injured soldiers during Kargil War in 1999 and was awarded gallantry Shaurya Vir Award for displaying cour during war. This is going to be first time Janhvi Kapoor will be portraying a real-life person following her debut in 'Dhak'. Directed by Sharan Sharma, ' Kargil Girl' also stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Ang Bedi, and Manav Vij in pivotal roles. upcoming biopic is jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios and is set to hit atres on March 13, 2020.

Moreover, Janhvi Kapoor is also roped for Karan Johar multi-starrer venture 'Takht' which is scheduled to go on floors in coming year.

On work front, Ananya Panday who debut in industry earlier this year with Karan Johar's 'Student of Year 2' has been roped for a couple of more projects. She will be starring in 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' alongside Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar.  film is an aptation of 1978 drama of same name, which featured Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, and Ranjeeta Kaur in le roles. original one revolved around a married couple Ranjeet (Sanjeev) and Sharda (Vidya) and how things change after he gets involved with his secretary Nirmala (Ranjeeta). 

Meanwhile, Ananya Panday is also roped for an upcoming supernatural comedy thriller film 'Khaali Peeli' where she will be sharing screen with Ishaan Khatter. Directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar under banner of Zee Studios.
