Aiming to race up its game in the smartphone market and to attract the selfie lovers, Apple recently has launched its brand-new iPhone 11 series with a brand new feature to take slow-motion selfies, popularly termed ''Slofies''. Soon after its launching, the netizens showered a series of memes and jokes on its new feature. 

'Slofie' memes and jokes takes over Twitter

At their exclusive annual event on Tuesday, Apple launched three of its new smartphones - the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max. All the phones have highly advanced camera quality and the ‘slofies’ or the slow-motion selfie feature is the newly added and the most discussed one for the day. Many Twitter users went crazy with the announcement and created hilarious memes, GIFs, and reactions which are now trending all over the internet.

The exclusive iPhone launch event was held at the Steve Jobs Theatre in City of Cupertino, California. The event also witnessed the introduction of new scores of devices launched including the iPhone 11 smartphone, the next-gen Apple Watch, 7th gen iPad, and Apple Arcade.

Apple iPhone 11 starts at a price of Rs 64,900 in India for the base 64GB momory variant. The phone will be offered in both 128GB and 256GB variants; it will come with a few colour options like Purple, White, Green, Yellow, Black, and Red.
