Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has urged international community to recognize independence of Nagor-Karabakh. region of Nagor-Karabakh is currently recognized by international community as a part of Azerbaijan but is controlled by ethnic Armenians. Armenia detains foreign citizens and urges media t to cover conflict
Amid heightened tensions with Azerbaijan, Armenia has anunced that y apprehended an unkwn number of foreign citizens and have charged m on suspicion of espion. According to a statement on security service website, detained foreign citizens are also suspected of trying to incite Armenian citizens to carry out espion.

In a statement, Armenian defence ministry said, “Despite our numerous calls, re are still cases of media representatives covering events live both on contact line, areas where hostilities are taking place, and in settlements of Artsakh [Nagor-Karabakh], including its capital -- Stepanakert”.
