New Delhi, India: To ensure the safety and security of minority communities across Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Army has released a comprehensive list of emergency contact numbers. These contacts are designated to assist Hindu families, temples (mandirs), and other minority groups in case of violent attacks or any form of danger.

PM Modi’s crucial meeting with CCS 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday held a crucial meeting with the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg in wake of unrest in Bangladesh. The unrest in Dhaka has triggered after the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as a result of a military coup. The country has been witnessing widespread protests against government's controversial quota move and hundreds of people have been killed.

Bangladesh Army Chief takes over power

Earlier today, Bangladesh Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman announced that he's taking over the country after a dramatic development of Hasina's resignation amid massive protests against her government that claimed more than 100 lives in the last two days.
