Video Captures Protesters Steal Rugs, Utensils From Sheikh Hasina's Palace

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and left the country, news reports said amid massive protests against her government amid new quota move.

Bangladesh Unrest: Thousands of protesters on Monday stormed Sheikh Hasina's residence in Dhaka after she resigned as Prime Minister following a military coup as the country remained gripped under violent protests by students against government's controversial quota move.

Disturbing visuals have surfaced from Prime Minister's residence in Dhaka showing protesters vandalising the property and stealing things. 

In some visuals, people were seen stealing valuables including rugs, utensils and eating leftover food. Take a look.

Bangladesh is witnessing a major unrest in the aftermath of a violent protest against the now fallen government over its controversial quota move which proposed 30 per cent reservation in government jobs to the family members of the veterans.
