In video, several students are seen playing basketball with ir classmate Francis Veras Espina, who is on a wheelchair. In spite of playing among mselves, students thought of making him join m. y run a play so Francis could dunk ball with help of his teammates. This ends with all of m celebrating. As per reports by American media, school district authorities, Pender County Schools told that all students were in same gre. teachers first ticed fifth grers inviting students from Topsail Elementary School’s aptive Exceptional Children’s Program — of which Espina is a part — to play with m during ir shared recess a day before viral video was shot. next day when y invited him again, teacher used her phone to shoot game.
