documentary, Bikram: Yogi, Guru, Predator, is a highly acclaimed Netflix special that first premiered during Toronto International Film Festival. documentary showcases dark side of Yogi Bikram Choudhury who was charged with several counts of rape and sexual harassment of women. documentary first started streaming on Netflix on vember 20, 2019. ditionally, many ims from book Yoga: Buddha Bose and Yoga Family of Bishnu Ghosh and Yogananda were directly taken and featured in final cut of film without author Jerome Armstrong's prior permission. Many of ims were also copyright material that was property of Jerome. letter also ded that re was credit given to him eir throughout course of documentary. 

letter also ted that  misuse of intellectual property rights of ors was t just restricted to se materials. According to letter, any or unnamed people have also apparently h ir copyright infringed due to use of ir videos and photos without ir permission. demand letter finally asked for a quick and amicable resolution to se copyright claims. It demands that  show remove all historical ims of GYC and give proper attestation and ackwledgement to Jerome's book. It also asks producers to apologize for ir misuse of copyrighted material and demands a compensation fee for accusers.
