Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro campaigned Saturday in Guarulhos, on the outskirts of São Paulo, alongside his former minister and now candidate to governor Tarcísio de Freitas.
Bolsonaro has been rallying in Brazil's biggest city since Thursday, hoping to turn votes and decrease the more than 650 thousand votes gap between him and Lula.
He referred to the recent Electoral Supreme Court ruling on cracking down campaign disinformation between the candidates.
"We can't admit censorship in our country," he said.
Bolsonaro also said people said the values of Brazilian people are "God, homeland, family and freedom."
Although winning in the state, Bolsonaro got 34% in the regional capital São Paulo, behind Lula, with 47%.
Nationally, the leftist Workers' Party candidate came close to an outright victory in the first round, receiving over 48% of the votes. Far-right Bolsonaro obtained 43%.
