In a shocking lapse of safety, a Japanese bullet train on Wednesday was forced to make an emergency stop after it was found hurtling at 280 kmph with a door open for 4 km, as per international news reports. It was found that a cleaner h left a door open while performing his duties as per reports. Reports say that high-speed train was travelling from Sendai to Tokyo and train was brought to a halt inside a tunnel in Shibata. East Japan Railway Company, operator of bullet train has stated that ne of 340 passengers were hurt.

Detailing incident, a local Japanese newspaper - Mainichi h reported that first observer of open door was a train conductor in bullet train - Hayabusa 46. paper reports that cleaner h forgotten to press close on device that opened and closed door. door was reportedly left open for 40 seconds. But luckily, passenger was standing near door, as per reports.

In a similar safety incident in India, a viral video tweeted by Karimnagar police on 11 August shows an overcrowded auto endangering passengers. In video, a whopping 24 women and children are seen descending from an autorickshaw in Bhongir, Telangana. video also features smiling autorickshaw driver standing beside his 'magical vehicle'. He was stopped by police for overloing his auto.
