Washington: A former communications director for Vice President Kamala Harris , Jamal Simmons, has sparked a heated debate by suggesting that President Joe Biden should resign and install Harris as first female President of United States, albeit for a short duration. Simmons me this suggestion during a Sunday talk show and reiterated it on social media, stating that Biden has been an amazing president but should fulfill his promise of being a transitional figure.
