Canada to 'soon' stop providing security funding to Prince Harry, Meghan
The federal government has confirmed that Canada will soon stop providing security for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they step down as senior members.

According to international media reports, it was Royal Canian Mounted Police (RCMP) that has been providing assistance to couple since ir arrival in Cana “intermittently since vember 2019”. couple will also formally step down as senior members of Royal family on March 31 and will longer carry out duties on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II. Cana's federal Public Safety Minister, Bill Blair has said in a statement that since RCMP has been engd with British officials from very beginning regarding security considerations, but assistance to Duke and Duchess of Sussex “will cease in coming weeks, in keeping with ir change in status”. He h also said that couple's anuncement presented Canian government with a "unique and unprecedented set of circumstances".
