'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2' developed by Infinity Ward was released a decade ago and has remained incredibly popular with fans over the years.

It has been a decade since the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 which has remained incredibly popular with fans over the years. The first-person shooter game was developed by Infinity Ward and was launched worldwide on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows. It is believed that the newest version of the game might bring back the classic maps, which may include: Crash, Vacant, Rust and Scrapyard; however, the developers are yet to confirm.
While celebrating the 10 years of a CoD fan wrote, “Best online game ever! Amazing memories”. Another fan said, “Peak elite gaming times! These days determined what kind of player/person you were going to become”.

Special Ops Mode
Special Ops Mode has made its second-coming official on Call of Duty: Mobile (aka Call of Duty Mobile). In the Special Ops mode, players are required to form teams of four to further the storyline of Call of Duty Modern Warfare. These custom activities, with the 4 player teams, are called Operations. The Special Operations game mode, also lets players resort to airstrikes. Other conventional vehicles include the likes of tanks, All-Terrain-Vehicles (ATVs) and helicopters. USP, here, is the fact that players are required to display their team-spirit skills. The revival of teammates also becomes a potential norm here.
