China says 'won't tolerate national security threats in Hong Kong'

According to reports, it will t tolerate any more instances of separatism or for that matter any threat to national security. anti-government protests in semi-automous state of Hong Kong have posed a major challenge to Chinese President, Xi Jinping since he became President in year 2012.

In a public dress, a parliament representative, Shen Chunyao, stated that issue of former British colony was a very important topic that was discussed in a closed-door, four-day meeting of Communist party's leers in Beijing. Shen furr ded that meeting stressed tion that one country system is foundation for two systems. He also said that communist party will extend its support to governments of Special ministrative Regions in order to strengn its efforts in terms of law enforcement.

He also said that party will also t tolerate any act of endangering peace of country and will completely put a stop to external forces responsible for carrying out separatist, infiltration or destructive activities.
